At Mendota Pet, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted gear and want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
